God Is Our Strength
God is the source of our strength and sustains us when we face difficulty, fear, or weakness.
Reflection
Life brings situations in which our own strength seems insufficient. There are moments of weariness, worry, or uncertainty when we discover our limitations and need a strength greater than our own. The Bible reminds us that God is our refuge and strength, a sure help in difficult times. Our security is not found in having a problem-free life, but in knowing that we have a God who remains firm in the midst of problems. When we trust the Lord, we find a strength that does not depend on our emotions or circumstances. He can renew our courage, sustain our hearts, and give us the ability to continue even when the path seems complicated. True strength is born from recognizing that God is with us and that His power is greater than any challenge we face.
Practical application
Reflect today on the areas where you feel weak and remember that God can be your strength in every situation.
Prayer
Beloved Father, thank You because You are my refuge and strength at all times. When my strength decreases and difficulties seem greater than my abilities, help me remember that You remain with me. Renew my courage, strengthen my heart, and teach me to depend more on Your power than on my own strength. May I face every challenge with the confidence of knowing that You are my sure help and never abandon me. Amen.
