God Finishes What He Begins
God does not abandon the works He begins. His faithfulness reminds us that our process is in His hands and that He continues working in us.
Reflection
Throughout our lives, we may feel that there are still many areas that need to change. We see our weaknesses, our mistakes, and the parts of our character that still need transformation, but God sees something different: He sees the complete process. When Christ begins a work in a person, He does not leave it unfinished. His faithfulness means that He continues shaping, correcting, and guiding His children until He fulfills His purpose. Many times, we want immediate results, but God works patiently, molding our hearts through different experiences, decisions, and seasons. Just as a craftsman carefully works on a piece until it is finished, God is forming the image of Christ in us. Our confidence is not in our ability to change ourselves, but in the faithfulness of the God who began the work.
Practical application
Identify an area of your life where you need growth and surrender it to God, trusting that He is still working in you.
Prayer
Beloved Father, thank You because my process is in Your hands. When I see my weaknesses or feel that I am not making progress, remind me that You are still working in my life. Give me patience to wait through Your process, humility to accept Your direction, and faith to trust that You will finish the work You began in me. May my life reflect the character of Christ more each day. Amen.
