God’s Purpose and Calling

God has a calling for every person and invites us to live in a manner worthy of the purpose He has prepared for us.

God’s calling is not limited only to a specific position or ministry, but to a life surrendered to Him and guided by His purposes. The Bible teaches that we were called to live according to the calling we have received, showing that our lives have a spiritual direction defined by God. Every person has received abilities, experiences, and opportunities that can be used to fulfill His will. At times, we may compare ourselves with others and think our purpose is less important, but God has a unique plan for each of His children. Calling begins with a close relationship with Him and develops as we learn to obey, serve, and reflect His character. When we live according to God’s calling, we find true meaning because our lives are aligned with what we were created for.

Prayer

Beloved Father, thank You because You created me with purpose and because You have a calling for my life. Help me discover and walk in what You have prepared for me. Remove comparison, insecurity, and every fear that keeps me from responding to Your will. Teach me to use my gifts, abilities, and experiences to serve You and bless others. May my life reflect Your love, and may every step I take be guided by Your eternal purposes. Amen.
