Reflection

The Bible presents a beautiful truth: Jesus did not come only to rescue us from our condition of sin, but to bring us into a family relationship with God. By calling Him “the firstborn among many brethren,” Paul shows that Christ occupies the supreme place, but also reveals God’s purpose to form a people who reflect the image of His Son. Being part of God’s family does not mean we are equal to Christ in nature, but that we are adopted by grace and called to share a close relationship with Him. This truth transforms our identity because we stop living as isolated people and begin to understand that we belong to a spiritual family. It also reminds us that God’s goal is not only to forgive us, but to shape us so that we become more like Jesus each day.

Beloved Father, thank You because through Christ You have received me as part of Your family.
