The gift of administration is an ability given by God to organize, direct, and manage resources wisely in order to fulfill His purposes.
The gift of administration is a manifestation of the Holy Spirit that enables a person to organize people, resources, and responsibilities effectively so God’s work can move forward. The Bible shows that God is a God of order and that within His people there are different functions needed to fulfill His purpose. This gift is not merely about organizational skill, but a God-guided ability to plan, coordinate, and care for what has been entrusted. Those who possess this gift are called to exercise it with humility, service, and dependence on the Lord, remembering that organization should never replace God’s direction. When administration is used correctly, it allows other gifts to develop and God’s work to be carried out with greater order and effectiveness.
Reflect today on how you are managing the resources, responsibilities, and opportunities God has placed in your hands.
Beloved Father, thank You because You are a God of order and purpose. Help me manage correctly everything You have entrusted to me, including my time, talents, and responsibilities. If You have given me abilities to organize and lead, teach me to use them with humility and wisdom. Remove the desire to control from me and help me always depend on Your direction. May everything I manage serve to fulfill Your purposes and glorify Your name. Amen.
