For this reason, a father needs to recognize that he cannot depend only on his own understanding, but must seek God’s direction in every situation. The Bible teaches us to trust the Lord and acknowledge Him in all our ways, with the promise that He will direct our paths. Guiding a family wisely involves listening, evaluating, praying, and making decisions that seek everyone’s well-being. A wise father is not one who always has every answer, but one who knows how to turn to God and acknowledge his need for guidance. When a father allows the Lord to direct his decisions, he can communicate security, confidence, and stability to his home.

Beloved Father, thank You because You are the source of all wisdom and direction. Help me make decisions that honor Your name and bless my family.
